The hay delivery arrived and the boys helped to unpack it. Eye appointment today distance prescription is fine and someone of my age should be able to cope with the demands of focusing through them for different tasks but because of the ME this is now a new problem, my eyes get tired and so I get mega eye strain. They don't think vary focal glasses would be appropriate for me and so it was up to me to live with it or have a second weaker pair for computer work to help reduce the strain. I have opted for a second pair, up just have to ensure I remember to switch them over to drive (desk might be littered with post it note reminders). Flu jab was also had.
