World Cargo

Well I’m actually quite pleased with this one tonight. Considering it was 17:05 and almost dark, with the camera on manual at ISO 3200. A couple of little tweaks in Lightroom and a rather nice image appeared from the gloom. Kind of arty type poster style.

The plane is a Boeing 747-8 cargo (G-GSSE), one of 3 operated by Global Supply Systems on behalf of British Airways World Cargo. Only 2 years old she is one of the latest spec of 747’s.

On route tonight from Prestwick to Austin, Texas.
