A Day At The Museum

Went through to the Dear Green Place for an away day and ended up at the Riverside Museum which is on the banks of the Clyde, funnily enough. The Riverside has been awarded the European Museum of the Year 2013. I can recommend this place for folk from 2 to 102, it might be advantageous if you’re 2 to bring your mum and dad as some places maybe inaccessible if you’re on the wee side. It is certainly not the biggest museum I’ve been in but it has many interesting exhibits backed up with audio visual presentations, there were lots I learned in the 3 hours I was in there and it was free.

The weather was bright and sunny so unlike Glasgow but it was a bit chilly
