My chef

The lady who makes the most delicious gozleme (Turkish crepes) in a tiny wooden hut across the road from the apartment, who feeds us when I have to work late. I love that there is absolutely no need for me to cook when so many of my lovely, industrious neighbours can do it so extremely well.
