Bobcat

Last week I blipped a very average photo of a bobcat on the neighbouring property … now we know what the story is.

Our rear neighbours are having a lot of work done, including over 6 figure replacement of a retaining wall, which requires accesses. Over our neighbouring property it turns out. This involves moving our tramp, our chickens, and probably impacting somewhat significantly on the corner of our property. Nice guys apparently and “insurance will pay” so all will be OK.

But, having machinery at hand means making some changes to our property is timely, trying to find an architect to help make that happen. In a hurry. Which in Christchurch right now is unlikely to happen …
