Finnish Swedish Heritage Day, a general flag day

Yesterday night there was quite a storm in the Tampere area. Thousands of people were without electricity. But now – the flag does not wave, the crane in the construction area is working.

(Btw. the photo was taken at 10 AM. There's not much daylight left, even though the daylight saving time just started couple of weeks ago.)
