Enraged!

Our neighbour, who appeared to come across as wanting to have neighbourly spirit, turned on us when we asked whether he'd be willing to repair the fence between our properties. Since then the passive aggressive behaviour of parking super close to our car and Strange aggression towards our dogs began... Really not impressed!
