One Tree Challenge

Anni has suggested a "one tree" challenge, with the idea of selecting one tree to photograph in different seasons, time of day, etc.

I have to admit I had to travel all the way to my deck to get this shot...I so love this weeping willow across the lake from me. It's surrounded by other types of trees, but for me this one tops them all for variations in shape. It moves and shifts with every slight breeze, and I never get tired of looking at it.

Today, it was all shades of gold and green in front of the rich shades of autumn surrounding it. There is no sun today, and a light rain is falling, but it still looks lovely. As it swayed in the wind, I knew it was going to be my "one tree"!
