Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

This is my Book Group pick for September, I was bad and played the It's My Birthday card to push for it as, having spent my formative years not terribly far from Riyadh, I really fancy reading how things are for girls in the 21st Century and am particularly looking forward to hearing how the other girls find this book. I want to hear what was news to them, what shocked them, what didn't and how a reasonably true to life account will tie up with their existing impressions of the middle east.
