Soggy pumpkins

Went for a run this afternoon, around the back of the hill rather than up the top of it. This novel approach paid off because I ended up running through some woods I'd never been in before (in the daytime).
Found not only the second largest dovecot in Edinburgh (at the top of the hill here) but also a few decaying pumpkins hanging around at the bottom of the walled garden, keeping away the ghouls from last week...
