ALL LEATHER UPPPER

Today I got a new pair of cheap shoes. I have two pair of Clarks that are about 9 months old and I've worn a small hole into the sole on both of them and I now get saturated feet if the ground is damp. I had to get a new pair of cheap Karrimor boots today on my way home as the Clarks can't be repaired and I've not yet decided which pair of real shoes to buy. For some reason they have this small suede leather tag on them...
