Finally, a bright sunshiny day. Sunny days really lift my spirits a lot.
It looks warm in this photo but it's actually quite cold. My fingers ached every time I took off my mittens to take a shot. Got my flu shot today and was going to get some shopping done but forgot to stop at the bank on my way into town. Typical!
Finished reading a great book The Island at the Center of the World by Russell Shorto; a history about the original Dutch settlement on the island of Manhatten. Very interesting!
Looking forward to an evening at our favorite restraurent, The New Scenic Cafe, with Monte and Tim S. Tim's wife is off on a pilgrimage to Jerusalem with her mother. Wine and appetizers for dinner. Yeah!
