Black

This black pot always lived on a high shelf when I was a child. 'Don't ever touch that pot or you'll be in trouble. It's wedgewood and worth a lot of money!' my mother used to say.

I inherited it about 25 years ago so I put it in a high shelf. 'Don't ever touch that pot or you'll be in trouble. It's wedgewood and worth a lot of money!' I said to my sons.

It was only last year that I really looked at it and now I am 99% sure that it isn't wedgewood as it has no markings on it and the quality isn't all that good. I like it so I will still look after it and perhaps one day get someone to look at it just in case my mother knew something I don't!

Day 5 of the colour challenge.
