Hanging by a thread

Rest day today, trying to get over cold #2. My naturopath explained that in Chinese medicine, the immune system is held in the lungs: my still-healing broken rib has compromised my breathing and hence my immune system.

I spent a good part of the morning wading through research, reports, and opinions about the current situation at the Fukushima-Daichi nuclear reactor site. My conclusion is that the planet's health is hanging by a precarious thread. To maintain my own sense of personal power, I ordered a high-end juicer and a LOT of dried seaweed to support health no matter what happens... Unless we have to flee to Australia, that is.

Praying that the Japanese government allows an international team of experts to come lead the decommissioning of reactor 4.
