Tea ladies!

Tonight was the opening night of our local players' production of Calendar Girls (hence the late blip) - it went brilliantly.

We had four of the original Calendar girls in the audience plus one of the husbands who features in the play. A great honour. They have watched the amateur production over 20 times!

These are not the Calendar girls but four of our number serving teas ( two of them are ladies I walk with on a regular basis) - well done ladies for sterling service and hats off to all our 'calendar girls' for a great performance.

Since launching the original alternative WI calendar they have raised over 3 million pounds for Leukemia research!
