Concentration

The final gift was unwrapped today - an activity cube, much bigger and more complex than the cubes that he has had to date.

Despite teething and being loaded with the cold he was instantly in love with his new toy and a great deal of fun was had all afternoon and the concentration he showed was awesome

On the down side he has struggled to nap or have fun at Gymboree because he felt so poorly and tired Tonight we left him with Uncle Iain so I could collect his Dad from the BART, we came one to a little boy who latterly fell asleep as we walked in the door. A quick cuddle and play with Daddy (and the new birthday gifts that came home with him from friends) and it was off to bed for a tired wee boy

Hopefully he will feel better tomorrow. The music programme at Gymboree has moved on to The Beatles and I would hate for him to miss that, especially because we are off to see his Paediatrician for the 1 year check up later, and that will be less fun
