Winter Menu

Cumbrian sheep just love Turnips (or Mangold Wurzels) This pile is about a third as long again. They will be distributed amongst the sheep this winter. A familiar sight around here are individual sheep standing on and eating at the same time a growing turnip. Sometimes you get whole fields of turnips all with their individual sheep - a comical sight (must make that a blip)
