Sprouted wheat for rejuvelac: a probiotic

More fermentation...this time for a probiotic starter. I want this for some raw cheese.

These wheat berries have been soaked for 24hrs and left to sprout for a couple of days. Can you see their little tails? I will scoop some out and use them in a salad today. The rest I shall submerge in water. By tomorrow night I will have a gently effervescent drink. This is nice to have, as is. The liquid for the cheese will come from the 2nd soaking of the same batch of wheat.

One prep technique = 3 different foods. Handy to know!
