bird bath

At home for lunch I found this shot in our bird bath. With more time I could have waited for the perfect shot with the most blue sky in the reflection...we do what we can.

In the meantime, our labrador pubby found a muddy spot in the yard and had a delightful time rolling in it. He's a yellow lab. For non-dog owners that means he's white. So rolling in black mud means he's variegated...afterwards.

An emergency bath in the tub, with a little agony for the youngster...returned his true color. And a wagging tail came back with the offer of a treat.
