Its that time of year

The ducks and geese have started arriving so they must think winter is coming. It certainly has not arrived as yet. We spent a delightful couple of hours walking the dogs along Brancaster beach in brilliant sunshine, followed by lunch at Cookies crab shack. Life is good.
One thing that did surprise me today. I am convinced I saw a swallow whilst walking on the beach. I would have thought he should have gone some time ago. Maybe winter will not be so bad this year.
