The wind stayed still long enough for me to take a picture of the birch tree leaves, I didn't realise how colourful they were until I looked through my pictures, it's hard to see much colour when there's hardly any light & it's cold & grim. Well, it's rainbow colours for the birch leaves anyhow! :)

Gym this morning, worked hard as ever, did my 4000m on the rowing machine, went at an even pace, did it in 22 minutes, I know, 15 seconds up from last time, but I recovered quicker so I'm happy with that. Just back from my second Pilates class - went fine, although I can't balance very well, hoping that's going to improve - eventually! :) xxx
