Sneaked this quickie out the window before the customer came into the room for our meeting in their office. They are a remarkably successful business running the loyalty programme with the highest penetration in any country in the world...by a country mile. 80% of adults in New Zealand are active users of their Loyalty Programme which is a phenomenal result. And with the data insight they'll get from our software, they can only get better! At least that's hat the sales guy told them....my job to deliver now....oh crap.
