Peas in a Pod

All ready for bed in what seems to be matching pyjamas. Interesting day... Non stop right across the spectrum. Most of the day spent speaking about flooding in Orkney, but also treated Adam to some congratulatory cake, had a heart to heart with the big boss, spent some time searching for a soldier to appear at a school assembly tomorrow, which led me to have a long overdue chat with an old friend, doing some secretarial duties for Church and organising some interviews, and posted a new baby present to a baby who is now 4 and a half months old. Better late than never in so many ways, and feeling blessed to have friends for whom time and distance are irrelevant. In fact, probably an excellent way to sort the wheat from the chaff.
