Cassia Flowers

Cassias bloom in the Fall. They bright yellow flowers are a welcome sight when many other plants are done flowering. Here in North Central Florida they freeze back and will return in the Spring unless the Winter was especially harsh. Cassias also serve as larval host plants for three types of Sulphur butterflies.
