Interview No.2

Face to face interview for a contract position here. In the QA dept. Everyone very pleasant to talk to but there was no spark there for me. Would of only have been until end of August and then even if offered more work there then they were closing the site and moving further afield. Added to that the fact that they used to have 7 people in the dept and they are now down to 1.5. Plus it wasn't cutting edge work and no new skills bar having recent industrial experience on my resume.

They were going to make the decision this afternoon and I was busy thinking up excuses to delay making a decision if offered the job. I though I interviewed well and stood a good chance. But no call = no job. Not dissapointed as all good experience and my psych analysis from yesterday obviously did the trick as have phone interview with hiring manager for junior sales position next week. Really excited about that prospect.

Gym with the wife tonight but tired after all this thinking!
