Filthy Lucre

Don't worry. By the time anyone sees this blip, the cash will be well and truly in the bank. It's just that I don't often have this much folding money on hand. Does anyone in these Online Banking/Eftpos/Credit Card days? I thought it might make an unusual blip.

Anyway I ran around like a lunatic today doing various things, including closing the ticket sales agency for the Rhodo Revue. All you people wanting to book a seat will now have to buy one at the door. Me? I might just pocket this stuff and head to South America.

Incidentally for about the last 20 years or so Australia has used polymer "paper" money which seems to resist counterfeiting and wear pretty well. The notes of different denominations sport their own individual bright colours as well.
