Do you still Victors? There's a lot of Victorias around, but I haven't met a Victor lately.

Busier day at work.

I picked up an ox tail & ox tongue from the Rose House Butchery & while there, got 2 lamb tjops for tea. We had it roasted with garlic mash a burny sauce which we discovered in the freezer (unlabeled, so we didn't know that it was going to burn). Nothing much beats good quality meat.
