Moments Of Fun

The challenge was to build a mobile from thread, drinking straws and small weights.

It sounded easy, but the physics involved in balancing the different layers of the structure proved very hard indeed. And a bit too hard for some.

But a few groups used their ingenuity, imagination and sneaky skills to create a stable mobile in the end.

And it was fun too. For them and me. Such are the rewards of teaching.
