Zoom Burst
Photographs taken with this technique are characterized by blurred streaks emenating from the center of the photograph. The effect is nearly identical to a motion blur image in which the camera is traveling towards the subject. For this reason the zoom burst is typically used to create an impression of motion towards the subject.
Sort of decided to leave this to the last minute as per usual. Again, sticking with the photography techniques in the Wikipedia article i linked a few blips ago, i decided to go ahead with the "Zoom burst" technique. I tried this not long after i got my DSLR camera in November on a mug and never thought to read up on it, at that time it was just me playing about with the camera and not specifically doing it because i knew of it.
Earlier on tonight i was thinking i might continue with my "Light Painting" for a week and spell out the word "Blipper" over the course of the 7 days, but in order to make this remotely interesting i wanted to do something different each time. Wasn't sure of what to do so decided to leave it.
