Helen

Helen is a volunteer at Somerset House. She was giving out questionnaires to people leaving the Stanley Spencer exhibition ( which was fab in my opinion).

Chatting to her it transpired that she was a retired teacher who had taught Mo Farrar when he was a kid. And she was there at the Mall when he entered the mini marathon and duly won easily. He was wearing baggy shorts and his school shoes. All the teachers clubbed together to buy him proper kit, because they could see his potential. What a great story.

And she has just passed her motorcycle test, and wears a leather jacket and rocker style suede shoes. Funky!

The corridor was very dim so I didn't do too well. But I think her character comes through.
