Why???

Really struggling for time today and nearly decided not to blip. Then I started thinking about mobiles (I found the one I lost a fortnight ago). I have an almost passionate dislike of the "must have the best trainers" attitude some people have. This extends to things like mp3 players (I have a very nice mp3 player that I bought because of reviews about its excellent sound quality) and the ipod which everyone seems to want but which, in my opinion, is usually purchased only as a fashion accessory. I also refuse to wear any clothes that have "labels". Why pay huge amounts of money just to advertise a company.
So I feel quite embarrassed to admit that I seem to be falling into the mobile phone trap and wanting the latest model. The contract on mine has just finished and sadly I find myself wanting the very latest Sony Ericson with it's mp3 player, 3.2mp camera, video capable, internet browser etc etc. It also allows you to make phone calls. Anyway, the phones above are ones I have used over the years. Maybe I'll see sense and just stick with what I've got.
