Three hundred Blips

On a positive note Ian has managed to reach 300 Blips and deserves some credit for this achievement. Unfortunately it has taken him a year to do so. I believe he has tried very hard to be a consistent Blipper in the last 12 months, however he MUST TRY HARDER!
