Today was the day

I hauled my lazy bones out for a run.

The first run I've completed in a long time.

Took it easy and managed 35 mins of plodding along a canal path in Edinburgh.

It made me feel great in the afternoon.

I'd like to lose a stone in weight before I take Mrs B away for the evening for her birthday at the end of October.

The improved diet started yesterday, exercise added to that today with no rubbish being eaten.

A few little changes should hopefully do the trick.

Todays blip taken with the new camera phone - bit wobbly as jogging along at the time.
