Half Past three on a Saturday afternoon and the sun is starting to set behind the Bennachie range and signifies a drop in temperature and time to get inside and warm.

I like to think that I have braved this shot in the frozen north through a horrendously bad bout of man flu but if the truth be told it was returning from having a lovely lunch with my dearest all done through a little sniffle.

I still reckon the man flu version sounds better though.
