Gordon's alive!

Today we strolled down to the market and into town.
In the electrical superstore we blagged free cups of Nespresso (oooh, it was good and strong), and waited for a national pop star called Gordon to come and promote his new cd.
His 'stage' was in front of the washing machines and fridges. He seemed to appreciate the irony by making self-depreciating jokes about selling white goods.
Here's a choon about a Gordon, and one I've not heard in years.

To my relief, the builder came today. As I type, he's building the cupboards under the eaves. Yay!

We also went to the Asian supermarket, came back home laden with fresh veg from the market, all kinds of goodies from the Asian store.

We're about to prepare dinner, I think it'll be a veggie fusion surprise.
