You Say I'm Your Special Treat

Because I love him, I took Beloved to the Hardware Shop today.

He We had a lovely time looking at screws, nails, grout, pepper grinders... (He has a thing about pepper grinders... I'm loosing the will to live track of the number of them he has come home with, hoping that they will be the Grinder). The one. We still haven't found what we're looking for !


The hardware shop also had some lovely Christmas festive decorations! WTH.... I spotted a Penguin which I particularly liked, and a little space ship shaped snow globe which changed colour with a little loose LED thing inside - and then when you shake it, the water and glitter drips out ( I put it to the back of the shelf).

What is it about men, that makes them so happy looking at screws and nails?

Beyond me. completely Beyond me.

Yarn however, is something else :-)
