Russet and Blue

I hit the shops in Perth early today, determined to find some Christmas and birthday gifts that have to be posted soon and I managed to get everything I wanted. Success:-)

Suddenly realised as I drove home that I hadn't got a picture for today and, as the sun was still shining, I stopped off at a local wood and took a few with my compact camera, which I always carry. Lots of water tumbling over stones, but I felt I might have overplayed that view, so I chose this lovely tree against the sky instead. It will remind me that the sun does still shine in November:-)
