Pepper (part 2)

I think it was about four years ago now that I took my first picture of a lost cat sign. I've long since widened my focus to include dogs (and would include any other domestic pets, if I saw them - I even shot a lost bike sign a few weeks ago).

I'm not quite sure why I take them, but I've considered it in past blips. I won't go into detail except to repeat that one of the key things for me is feeling that emotion of combining the excitement of adding a new image to my set with the sadness that comes with the sign's existence.

Some of them, though, are extra sad.
