An early start

I went to a work conference today for the day job. On the far side of Glasgow. It started early. Very early.

People had come from much farther away from me and we shared a similar questioning at around 5:45 am on the purpose of the day. The conference had an excellent selection of speakers and I think it's fair to say that the early questioning in the dark was answered by the enlightenment of the information and skills developed.

Still, it was early. This is a shot of the Balmoral seen from inside Waverley train station on a frosty, clear blue morning.

Met Dr T afterwards and saw Philomena at the Filmhouse. An excellent film that made me wonder about the things done in God's name.

Tomorrow - no work! Yippee!
