Sunday run

Out for my Sunday run around Shakespear Park today - decided to do the full circuit from home, not realising how much up and down there was (and how unfit I am). It was a welcome break to stop at Pink Beach (no idea why it's called that, no sign of pink or beach) and have a look at these pied shags roosting in the pohutukawa trees. Tiritiri Matangi Island beyond.
Its good to get out exercising again after 2 months off.
