Bowling ace (Not)

We had a skittles evening tonight to get to know staff and governors from the school where I work and the primary in the next village which we are in a federation with.

There were a lot of people. so much so, we were only playing 2 legs instead of the usual 6.
After the first leg I had a reasonable score of 6, which was about average. At the end of the 2nd leg I had an amazing score of 19 in total as I'd managed (somehow) to get a stick up and scored 13! Once everyone had finished their go, it turned out I had drawn 1st with a governor form my school.
We had to have another go. He was very gentlemanly and let me go first (although I think this was so he knew what he had to beat!)
I scored 6 again and we thought he had also scored 6 but the guys at the end, sticking up the skittles. Insisted Kev had only got 5! I was presented with this lovely bottle of fizz for being the champ!
