Impressed by the Impressive

A photog friend and I headed to Halifax for the "Guy Show." We expected many opportunities of puffed out chest dudes holding guns and knives, and slapping each other on their leather vest backs. It was a total bust.

We then decided to head down to the waterfront to see if we could come back with a few pics from our drive to the big city. We were not disappointed! ALthough the scourge of most communities, there were several BMXers doing their thing on the 15 foot wave statue outside the Maritime Museum. One of their friends was documenting the festivities through video n his digital camera, and two young ladies hung out for a while to provide an audience. I think their expressions capture the essence of what these guys could accomplish on two wheels!
