A Small Fortune...

was spent by The Man on bird food at the start of the weekend. Fortunately the local bird-life appear to be showing their gratitude at present.

En-route to a stroll in Finglands Wood, we spotted most of the 30,000 Barnacle Geese wintering on the Solway Coast. They were tucking into something tasty in some poor farmer's field. Hope they don't find our bird-feeders...
