YESTERDAY . . . . . . . .

We made coffee in percolators and delivered it via elegant coffeepots into delicate porcelain cups; now we brew in a glass jar with a plunger and drink from mugs or cups the size of soup bowls. The porcelain gathers dust in corners and life goes on apace ----latterly, latte after latte after latte and decaff at that!
Ah well, that's Life! (today)
