Gingerbread

The day didn't get off to a good start. The house that E&H had been building in Minecraft (think electronic lego, as far as I can tell) burned down when they fetched in some lava (!) in buckets (!!) to make a floor(?). It had taken them a long time to build, working in tandem, on their respective tablets, and when it was razed to the ground, Elsie was in floods of tears, absolutely inconsolable. Or at least she was until I asked what we could possible do to cheer the day up. This is it - a gingerbread my little pony palace. Gingerbread made by me, accessories and decorations made by them. It was actually great fun, and stopped the tears for a while, until we left everything to firm up and Maisy bit Celestia's head off. Cue Hannah.

Ah, well, an excuse for not having done a hands turn in the house.
