Strathpeffer

It was such a beautiful morning, I should have been in the garden cutting down all the plants, but I went on my favourite walk. We started off in Strathpeffer and walked up to Knock Farrell, which is the site of an old Iron Age Fort, then along the Cat's Back.

The dogs love it, we rarely meet anyone else, so no friends for Poppy to play with, but so much space to chase each other, hills to hurtle up and down and heather to get lost in.

I think it is the best place in the world, it is good for the soul.
