In tribute

I had taken I few different fotos for today's blip but as I was listening to the news in he radio in my car a story caught my attention.
The story was regarding the death of a former rugby league player called Steve Prescott whilst I appreciate many people will not have heard of him I think he is worth mentioning.
He used to play for St. Helens RLFC in the 1990s... He scored the winning try in many a game but in 2007 he discovered he had a rare for if cancer. Whilst others may sit a wonder why me Steve decided it wasn't going to stop him and despite being given only months to live he set an example and raised hundreds of thousands if pounds for charity.
Unfortunately yesterday he lost his battle...
