Remembrance Sunday

A stunning day so I took the dogs a walk up to the radar station. On the way up I stopped and went over to the memorial to a Canadian pilot who crashed there and placed a poppy on the cross. He was Sgt George Stevenson RCAF 26 years old and died on the 21/7/41 in a Hawker Hurricane.
We walked on up and played in the snow. The view was great the Highland Line was clear with the tops like ice bergs above the blue lower hills. A couple of micro lights were buzzing around presumably taking photos of the snow. It was odd as the lower hills were totally clear.
