Remembrance Sunday

Jamie and I went over to the Sea Life Centre at Loch Lomond today. It was a gorgeous but rather chilly day (the otters refused to leave the warmth of their artificial holt) but Jamie enjoyed getting to stroke/touch starfish, spider crabs, sea anemones, sea urchins and mussels.

We stopped in at Xscape at Braehead on the way back. Jamie's very taken with the ski slope and is hoping to learn to ski. I think it's a great idea to get her doing it young. Her Mum's not quite so sure...

The large steam boat in the bottom picture is the Maid of the Loch which has been under restoration at Balloch for a while.
