At last

For a great many days over the past few months, I've taken shots of the rose which has started to climb up and across one of our walls. It is a gorgeous plant in a brilliant shade of red.

Despite all its qualities, the rose has never made it to blipdom. Mostly it was because other garden shots were selected. Sometimes it was because the red in the rose did not match the red in the shot. And I always thought it would always be there but it has started to be affected by the very much colder weather.

So today, in all its fading glory, it enters blipdom.
